Originally from Costa Rica, Bethany has lived in three countries and five U.S. states, experiences that have given her a unique appreciation for diverse cultures, languages, architectural styles, and construction methods. Fluent in Spanish and conversational in German, she connects easily with people from all backgrounds. Her extensive knowledge comes not only from buying and selling properties but also from designing homes and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
